/studio / For hire
The studiois for hire.
I take the whole build — brand, site, and the system that runs it. One owner-operator, start to finish. The same way I build my own companies.
01 / What I build
- 01Brand
Name, positioning, and the mark. The story a business tells and the look that carries it.
Positioning · identity · type · art direction - 02Web
The site that takes the job — not a brochure. Fast, built to convert, mine to maintain.
Next.js · site engines · production hosting - 03Systems
Quote engines, portals, dashboards, agentic tooling. The machinery that runs behind the site.
Supabase · planners · routers · automation - 04Operations
Automation that removes the manual step. I run my own businesses on it before I sell it to you.
Pipelines · content · fulfillment
02 / How it runs
Plan, build, run. The loop al-Mansur drew in 762 — and the one I still work.
- 01
Plan
One call. I scope the whole thing — what it is, what it costs, when it ships. No decks, no discovery theater.
- 02
Build
I build it end-to-end. One person owns brand, site, and system, so nothing falls between vendors.
- 03
Run
It ships live and keeps running. I hand it over, or I keep operating it. Your call.

03 / Productized
The Columbus site engine.
A repeatable local-business website engine — one system, many storefronts. A restaurant, a cafe, a tinting shop, a barbershop, each built and shipped from the same spine. These four are demos, not live clients. The engine is the product.

04 / Pricing
Project-based, scoped in one call.
No hourly meters, no retainers you forget you’re paying. Tell me what the business needs to do. I scope the build, quote it flat, and ship it.
